Jisulife portable handheld fan ultra2, 9000mAh: This fan is amazing! It’s quality, feels solid in my hand. This is by far the best handheld fan I’ve tried. It’s powerful! Even at the lowest speed it still cools. At the highest speed, it really cools me off. The battery holds a charge for days at the lowest speed (that’s using it appropriately 3 hrs a day) and at the higher speeds it last for several hours. It can sit on a desk or table top and be used that way also. The flashlight light is also a great touch, it’s nice and bright. Now, the fan is loud. Not so much on the low speed but on the higher speed, it’s pretty loud. For me that’s not really a problem but for some it could very well be a bit of a problem. Overall This is a great fan and I’m completely happy with it.
